Solutions Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to design complex technical solutions, lead pre-sales processes and bridge the gap between our clients’ business needs and our engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise clients
• Lead discovery workshops and technology assessments
• Create technical proposals, estimates and implementation roadmaps
• Participate in pre-sales processes as the technical lead
• Define architecture standards and best practices
• Mentor junior and mid engineers on design decisions

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years in architecture or technical consulting roles
• Experience designing distributed systems at scale
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Ability to communicate technical decisions to non-technical audiences
• Professional English (C1+)

Nice to have

• Cloud certifications (AWS SA Professional, GCP Professional Architect)
• Experience in logistics, fintech or hospitality sectors
• Knowledge of AI/ML and its business applications
• Experience with engagement models (T&M, fixed price, retainer)
