AI/ML Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, build and integrate artificial intelligence solutions. You will work with LLMs, RAG systems and AI agents applied to real problems in logistics, customs compliance, customer service and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production AI/ML pipelines
• Build RAG systems with embeddings and vector search
• Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic and open source model APIs
• Develop AI agents for process automation
• Evaluate and improve model quality with rigorous metrics
• Implement MLOps practices (versioning, monitoring, retraining)

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years working with ML/AI in production
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
• Professional English

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or agent frameworks
• Knowledge of fine-tuning and RLHF
• Experience with multilingual NLP
• Publications or contributions to the ML community
